How To Secure Your Rebate Commission as a Buyer

  1. You need to call me first and let me represent you as your buyer's agent, I need to call the seller agents/sales offices to make the appointments for showings and I will go to the showing appointments with you.
  2. We prepare the offer and we send it to the listing agent/developer (new construction).
  3. We disclose to all parties that we are sharing the commission with you.
  4. We send an authorization letter to the closing agent explaining the commission contribution toward your closing costs (your rebate).
  5. At closing you will get your commission rebate that it will show in the Hud-1 closing document.
