HOW MUCH COMMISSION REBATE DO I GET AT CLOSING?
We rebate 1.5% of our buyer's broker commission (up to 50% of our commission)
Let’s say that you use my real estate services to buy a property in Miami or South Florida for $500,000, with a 6% commission with a 50/50 split between the buyer's and seller's agents.
The listing agent will get 3% commission and we will get also 3% commission as your buyer's agent. You will get 50% of our buyer's broker commission as a rebate at closing for the amount of $7,500 to help you pay for your closing costs.
That’s all ! If we get paid a commission, you will get a commission rebate!
